A discount code can be applied at the checkout. Click the blue link near 'purchase' button and fill in your discount code. The code will be applied directly.

This is very inconvenient. We work with a timeslot from 10 AM till 4 PM and a timeslot from 4 PM till 10 PM. We do our very best to deliver within these slots to fulfil your expectations!

You do not have to pay delivery costs in general. However, for same day deliveries and deliveries outside the region Amsterdam and Utrecht delivery costs will be charged.

When checking out your order, you can choose for different time slots, one from 10 AM till 4 PM and one from 4 PM till 10 PM. We always do our best to deliver to these preferences. When selecting the same day delivery, we will deliver the bouquet as soon as possible. If you want the bouquet to be delivered at a specific time, you can give us a call to check the opportunities.

When you want to change your order after the checkout, you can best give us a call as soon as possible. The sooner we know the change, the bigger the chance we can help you. Once the order has been manufactured, a change can not be made anymore.

You can add your discount code at the checkout page. The discount will then be applied to your order!


The minimum order price is €40,-. For this budget we can make the bouquets which truly fulfil to your expectations!

Because we do not charge delivery costs in general, you can place another order. We will deliver everything at once. When you order on the same day or are charged with delivery costs, you could best give us a call. We will send you a payment link and complete your order.

When you want to change your order, you should contact us as soon as possible, preferably trough email. We will do our best to help you. However, when the order is manufactured already, not changes could be made anymore.

When something is missing with your order, you should contact us as soon as possible. We want to meet up to you expectations as all times. Therefore we will come with a correction of your preference.

Service & warranty

With the right care, the flowers will last for a minimum of nine days. Take a look at the flower care instruction card at your bouquet, to see how you treat your bouquet best!

This is something we want to solve. Contact us and explain your problem. We will do everything to come up with the right solution!

This is not acceptable with our service. Contact us and we will dive into your problem. After this we will come with the right solution, to fulfil your expectations again.
